Product Analyst (m/f)

Our Analytics team focuses on Business Intelligence and improving our Product. We get to the bottom of things, gain insights about our customers and the driving forces of our loan comparison platform. Our Business Intelligence Department is divided into 4 sub-departments: Business Analytics, Web Analytics, Data Science and Data Warehouse Engineering. We are looking for someone who would join our Web Analytics Team and support the Product Conversion Team in conducting A/B Tests as well as doing quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Your tasks

  • Close cooperation with Product Conversion Optimization (CRO) Team and UX/UI Designers to identify areas of testing
  • Work with Marketing Team to improve performance of the Landing Page by supporting data driven decision making
  • Define the requirements for tracking and set up using Google Tag Manager
  • Identify and create goals in the A/B Testing Tools
  • Conduct A/B, Split URL and Multivariate Tests with Visual Website Optimizer (VWO)
  • Provide detailed analysis report and declare the winner of the test
  • Research and understand user behavior by using session recording and heatmaps with Hotjar tool
  • Help to improve our Conversion Funnel by doing Form Analytics using tools like Formisimo
  • Work with Google Analytics 360 data in BigQuery to do in depth analysis of customer journey

Your profile

  • At least 1 year of working experience in Product Analytics, A/B Testing or Conversion Optimization
  • Very good practical know-how with Google Tag Manager in implementing Tags
  • Proficient experience with A/B Testing Tools, e.g. Optimizely, VWO or Convert
  • Knowledge about setting up and using Website Optimization Tools, e.g. Hotjar, Inspectlet or Formisimo
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and its KPI’s
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment on your own as well as with the team
  • Fluent English
