Tech Recruiter (m/f) - Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you are going to do:

  • You will focus on technical positions by passive (job boards) and active sourcing (e.g.  Xing, LinkedIn, Google search)
  • You will coordinate the recruitment process
  • You will screen applications and conduct phone as well as the onsite interviews
  • You will use data as the base for decision making (tracking, monitoring and optimization of talent acquisition campaigns)
  • You will build relationship with the stakeholders in technology, business intelligence and product
  • You will contribute to side projects (e. g. employer branding, tracking, job fairs)
  • You will roll up your sleeves and help out your colleagues when needed

  • Own the whole recruiting cycle
  • Become a senior recruiter
  • Find your side projects you contribute to

Your profile:

  • You are passionate about recruiting
  • You have gained around 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or sourcing ideally in a start-up environment or recruitment agency
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
  • You feel comfortable to speak and write in German
  • Ideally, you have also experience in Excel and possess an analytical mind
