Technical Project Manager / Requirement Manager (m/f)

Your passion for business and user experience will allow you to identify and solve the pain points throughout smava’s customer journey.  As a Technical Project Manager / Requirement Manager (m/f) you will not only help to optimize but also innovate how people apply for and receive consumer loans with the customer at the center of your attention . You will be responsible for connecting new banks into smava platform, maintain the existing ones and take care of the new banks API features. Your Tasks

  • Complement supply by providing more loan products to the smava customers
  • Act as first point of contact for any technically related topics between smava and up to 10 banks
  • Connect new banks and create specification/documentation for technical integration
  • Prepare launches (and post-launch & dependencies) between bank & delivery teams by sync information about date, resources & teams
  • Maintain and extend current bank APIs together with smava delivery teams
  • Collect & channel new change requirements, create necessary tickets and update relevant documentation
  • Write Stories and fulfill Definition of Ready (INVEST, acceptance criteria, SLO)
  • Share bank specific knowledge and insights with your Product Manager and the Development Team in order to improve customer experience and meet business goals
  • Work with key stakeholders (bank and smava) to monitor and agree relevant KPIs

Your Profile

  • More than 2 years of experience with specification or implementation of Third-Party APIs
  • Proven experience with API Technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML , etc.)
  • Knowledge of database models and basic proficiency in writing SQL statements
  • Passionate and hands-on problem solver
  • You work reliably, faithfully and independently
  • Passion for learning and continuously improving yourself
  • Certain in communication with external partners
  • Fluent in English and German

Nice-to-have

  • Work experience in FinTech domain, bank or some other financial sector
  • Worked in an agile environment using Atlassian Suite of products
